The family of brands owned and operated by Ingenovis Health, Inc., including Trustaff, Fastaff, U.S. Nursing, Healthcare Support, Springboard Health, Vista Staffing Solutions, CardioSolution and the VitalSolutions brands, and their subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Company” or “we” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (“Policy”).

This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the Company’s websites, including: ingenovishealth.com, cardiosolution.com, fastaff.com (myportal.fastaff.com, fastaff.erecruitcloud.com), healthcaresupport.com, trustaff.com (My.trustaff.com, Estaff365.com, mobile.er.trustaff.com), springboardhealthcare.com, usnursing.com, vistastaff.com, and igvvitalsolutions.com (collectively, the “Websites”), or when you download and use one of our mobile applications (the Websites and mobile applications are, collectively, the “Online Services”). This Policy further describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. Employees, independent contractors, and job applicants should review the separate privacy notices we provide to you, or make available to you, when you submit an application, regarding our collection and use of personal information in the employment/contracting/applicant context. If there are any conflicts between this Policy and the separate privacy notice, the separate notice controls.

By accessing or using the Online Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by the Company in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please do not use the Online Services.

If we change this Policy, we will advise you of material changes through postings on our Websites, and/or email to the primary email address you provide to us (if any) or push notifications through our mobile applications. Your continued access to or use of the Online Services after we provide notice will mean that you accept the changes. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you if you wish to receive change notices via email, and for periodically visiting our Websites and this Policy to check for any changes.

In accordance with all applicable laws, this Policy applies to all personal information we collect about you from any source, including:

  • Through the Online Services or any of your other interactions with the Company;

This Policy does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Online Services. As permitted by law, this Policy does not apply to personal information pertaining to employees, independent contractors, job applicants.  Outside of California, this Policy does not apply to individuals connecting with us in the business-to-business context.

Please read this Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal information. If you do not agree with our practices, your choice is not to use our Online Services. By accessing or using the Online Services, you agree to this Policy. The Company reserves all rights.

We collect this information automatically when you use our Online Services.

We may share this information with affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, or service providers.

  • Other voluntary information you provide to us, including if you use any of services available through our Online Services, records and copies of your correspondence, and information and documentation you choose to upload using our document repository.  We collect this information when you provide it to us.

  • Personalization, such as your journey online and how you use our Online Services, whether and when you open our marketing emails and respond to our advertisements.  We collect this information from you, from our Online Services technology’s interaction with your browser or devices and cookies tracking the pages you visit.

  • Sensitive personal information, such as your driver's license, state identification card, and passport numbers; your precise geolocation (if you permit us to obtain your precise geolocation); your racial and ethnic origin; your biometric data; combination of email address, and any other information when you provide it to us.

  • Inferences drawn from information provided to us by you or third parties, to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.  We collect this information from you and automatically when you use our Online Services.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of the Websites or transmitted to other users of the Websites or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Websites with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Security Measures

  • The right to opt-out of the sharing of your Personal Information for purposes of targeted advertising (also called cross-context behavioral advertising and/or the profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects), which you can exercise on our website here or by modifying your privacy preferences (e.g., Global Privacy Control), available through certain internet browsers and extensions, that signal your preference to opt out.  Please note that clearing your cookies at any time will remove the signal of your selected privacy preferences.
  • The right to limit the use of your Sensitive Personal Information, which you can exercise through the contact form available on our website.

  • If we deny your request, the right to appeal our decision.

In addition, and as set forth below, California law requires us to identify, for the 12-month period prior to the date of this Privacy Policy, what information we may have “sold” or “shared” about you. For the 12-month period prior to the date of this Privacy Policy, we have only sold Personal Information about its customers as described above. This Privacy Policy describes how we may share your information for marketing purposes, as described above. If you are a California resident, the Shine the Light law permits you to request and obtain from us once per calendar year information about any of your Personal Information shared with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, including the categories of information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we have shared such information. California Business Contact Information

If you are a California resident and we receive your Personal Information in the form of contact details from business events, for example as part of a business appointment (e.g., by exchanging business cards) or as part of any other form of collaboration, we may use your contact and business details to maintain our business contacts. For this purpose, we may transfer your contact details to our internal database.  Pursuant to the CCPA, you have privacy rights with respect to your business contact Personal Information.

The processing activity may include the following categories of Personal Information:

  • Your contact information (e.g., name, title, form of address or salutation, address, gender, telephone numbers, email address); and
  • Details on your profession (e.g., job title, position, personnel number, place of work, branch office, department, qualifications).

This data processing is based on our legitimate business interests. We have a legitimate economic interest in maintaining contacts beyond the initial context and in using them to establish and develop a business relationship and to remain in contact with the parties concerned.

Such business contacts could also be easily processed in our email communications with you and then kept in typical business software, either centrally or on the electronic devices of our employees.

California law provides you with the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • The right to request that we delete any personal information we have about you.
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information about you.

We do not sell or share any of our business contacts’ Personal Information, as defined by the CCPA.  California law requires us to identify, for the 12-month period prior to the date of this Privacy Policy, what information we may have “sold” or “shared” about you. For the 12-month period prior to the date of this Privacy Policy, we have not sold or shared any personal information about our business contacts.

Submitting Requests

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia, you may submit your requests to opt out, correct, delete, and/or to know/obtain Personal Information we have collected about you by completing the form here, and indicating which brand your request pertains to. Or, by calling our telephone number at 720-248-5410.

We will respond to your request in compliance with the requirements of your state’s applicable laws.  Please note that we are only required to honor California requests to know twice in a 12-month period.

Verification of Your Identity

When you exercise these rights and submit a request to us, we will verify your identity via means allowed by applicable law.

Appeal

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia may appeal a decision we have made regarding their requests by calling us at 720-248-5410. We will respond to appeals from Virginia and Connecticut residents within 60 days.  We will respond to appeals from Colorado residents within 45 days.

Non-Discrimination

If you make a request under your state privacy laws, we will not discriminate against you in any way.  For example, we will not deny you benefits or impose penalties on you or provide you with or suggest that you will receive a different level or quality of benefits or services.

Authorized Agents

You may permit an authorized agent to submit a request to know or to delete your Personal Information.  If we receive a request on your behalf, we will ask that person to give us proof that you gave that person written permission to make a request for you.  If that person does not provide us with written proof, we will deny their request so that we can protect your Personal Information.

Automated Decision-Making

We generally do not use automated decision-making technology, as that term is defined by State Privacy Laws. If we make use of automated decision-making technology, you will be informed through a separate privacy notice.

Minors Under Age 18 and Children Under Age 13

Minors under 18 years of age may have the personal information and content that they have posted on the Websites removed by sending an email to Legal@ingenovishealth.com, and requesting removal. Please note that, while we make reasonable efforts to comply with such requests, deletion of your personal information does not ensure complete and comprehensive removal of that content or information from all sites, services or systems.

Our Online Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age or any minors. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or through the Online Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on any of the Online Services or on or through any of its features/register on any of the Online Services or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.

“Do not track” Signals

Some Internet browsers include the ability to transmit “Do Not Track” signals. We do not process or respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
